Charlene Berteena & Phillip - A Match Made in Heaven

Commission. These two gorgeous French Bulldogs are indeed a match made in heaven and were great fun to paint, with all those interesting wrinkles. Their owners tell me that Charlene Berteena was expected to deliver eight puppies shortly after this painting (based of course on a much earlier photograph) was completed. I had painted Phillip before. He is one of the subjects in my painting from a few years ago entitled “Road Trip - Banff or Bust”.
